Materials Needed:

  • Popsicle sticks
  • Pink acrylic paint
  • Paintbrushes
  • Black marker
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Pink or white pom-pom
  • Googly eyes
  • Pink and white glittery paper
  • Decorative items (beads, flowers)
  • Colored papers

Step-by-step guide:

Prepare Your Materials:
Gather all the materials listed above to get started. Make sure you have a clean, flat surface to work on.

Assemble the Bunny's Face

Once you gather all the crafting materials, it's time to assemble the bunny's face. You will need 5-6 popsicle sticks and keep them side by side.

At this point, we need to make bunny’s hat also. For this, grab another popsicle stick and glue it horizontally across the top of the bunny’s head.

To make the bunny’s face more secure, glue another popsicle stick on the back of the bunny’s face. Ensure the popsicle stick’s length is similar to the bunny’s face width.

Paint the Hat.

Paint the bunny’s hat using pink acrylic paint. You may need to apply multiple coats for full coverage.

You can use any color you preferred. Not only pink color.

Let them dry completely before moving on to the next step.

Make bunny’s ears.

Use pink and white glittery papers to cut bunny’s ears. Cut ears like below shapes.

Add Details.

Glue googly eyes below the hat on the face.

Cut thin straps to make bunny’s whiskers and glue them below the googly eyes.

Attach those whiskers on both side of the face.

Glue pink or white pom pom as the nose.

Make ears using previously cut glittery ears.

Glue both ears on top of the hat.

Add decorative items such as ribbon mini flowers to the bunny’s hat or ears. You can add beads also.

Now roll the paper whiskers to add more detail to the bunny’s face.

Now, use a black marker to draw a mouth.

Using pink paint, add a small detail on the bunny's face.

Let Dry and Display.

Allow your popsicle stick bunny to dry completely before handling or displaying it. Once dry, place it on a shelf or use it as a cute decoration!
